GRILLED CHICKEN MEDITERRANEAN STYLE
Ingredients: 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil Directions: In a glass dish, combine olive oil, white wine, garlic and oregano.Stir well and add chicken pieces. Toss to coat evenly, then cover and refrigerate for up to 12 hours. Remove chicken from refrigerator 1 hour before cooking. Grill chicken, skin side down, for 20 to 25 minutes. Turn chicken and cook another 20 to 25 minutes. Transfer chicken to a large serving platter and garnish with oregano sprigs,lemon zest, and black and green olives. Allow to sit for at least 20 minutes to blend flavors.
