SPICY DRUMSTICKS

Ingredients:

3 tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup cider vinegar
2 tsp coarse-grained mustard
1 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp ground cumin
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 tsp honey
1 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 tsp kosher salt
12 chicken drumsticks

Directions:

In a blender or food processor, puree the oil, vinegar, mustard, chili powder, cumin, garlic, honey, cilantro, and salt. Pour over drumsticks and marinate in the refrigerator for 3-4hours or overnight.

Grill drumsticks over moderate heat for 20 minutes, or until done. While cooking, turn the drumsticks several times and baste frequently with marinade. Garnish with chopped cilantro.
