GRILLED SWORDFISH STEAKS

Ingredients:

3 tbsp drained capers
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup chopped fresh parsley
3/4 tsp salt, divided
1/2 tsp black pepper, divided
1/2 cup olive oil, divided
4 swordfish steaks

Directions:

In a small glass bowl, mash the capers with a fork. Stir in the lemon juice, parsley, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon pepper, and 3/8 cup of oil. Coat swordfish with the remaining oil and season with the remaining salt and pepper.

Grill the swordfish for about  4 minutes. Turn and cook an additional 3 to 4 minutes or until done. Drizzle with sauce before serving.
