GRILLED SMOKED-TURKEY

Ingredients:

Fingers from cold-smoked turkey breast
Bacon drippings
Kosher salt

Directions:

Toss the turkey fingers around in a bowl with a little bacon grease and salt. Grill close to the heat, turning once, for several minutes or until done.If in doubt, cut into the thickest part of a finger before serving. You can baste with a barbecue sauce of your choice. Since turkey has been smoked, avoid commercial sauces with artificial smoke added.
