TURKEY KEBABS
Ingredients: Turkey breast Directions: Cut the turkey breast into kebab-size chunks. Put the meat into a nonmetallic bowl and pour some zesty italian dressing over it. Stir in some crushed garlic. Toss to coat all sides of the meat. Marinate at patio shade temperature. Preheat grill. Wrap each piece of turkey in half a strip of bacon and stick it onto a skewer, alternating with whole mushrooms. Place the kebabs about 6 inches over the heat. Turn and baste every 5 minutes or so until the bacon looks ready to eat. With thick bacon, this may take up to 30 minutes. During the last 5 minutes, sprinkle lightly with salt and pepper. |
