CHILI PEPPER RUB

Ingredients:

¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup paprika
¼ cup chili powder
¼ cup black pepper
1 tbsp dry mustard
3 tsbp garlic powder
1 tbsp kosher salt

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and cover. This is a dry rub that works well with thicker cuts of venison.
