JAMAICAN GRILLED TURKEY

Ingredients:

1 package fresh boneless turkey breast tenderloins
4 green onions
5 cloves garlic
2 tbsp peach preserves
2 ¼ tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp shredded lime peel
1/3 tsp fresh ground black pepper

Directions:

Lightly spray unheated grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Prepare grill for medium-direct grill cooking. In food processor or blender, process onions, garlic, preserves, lime juice, salt, hot sauce, soy sauce, lime peel and pepper until smooth. Spread over tenderloins.Place tenderloins on rack over mediu-hot grill. Grill 20 minutes or until meat is no longer pink, turning frequently for even browning.
