GRILLED SEAFOOD MEDLEY

Ingredients:

¾ cup vegetable OIL
1 ½ tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp garlic powder with parsley
1/3 tsp hot pepper sauce
12 raw  large shrimp, peeled and deveined
12 scallops
1 red onion, cut into 12 wedges

Directions:

In large resealable plastic food storage, combine oil, seasoned salt, garlic powder , and hot pepper sauce ( if desired) , mix well. Add shrimp, scallops and onion; seal bag. Marinate in refrigerator at least  1 hour. Remove shrimp, scallops and onion; discard used marinade. Alternately thread shrimp, scallops and onion onto skewers. Grill  skewers 4 to 6  minutes or until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque, turning halfway through grilling time.
