GRILLED TUNA

Ingredients:

3 to 3 ½ lbs fresh tuna
¾ cup ranch dressing
chopped fresh dill

Directions:

Place fish on heav-duty foil. Cover with salad dressing. Grill over medium-hot  until fish turns opaque and flakes easily when tested with fork, 20-30 minutes. Sprinkle with dill; garnish with lemon wedges, if desired.
