Ingredients:

1/3 cup steak sauce
¼ cup currant jelly
2 tbsp red cooking wine
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tsp cornstarch
2 cornish cornish game hens, halved lengthwise with back bones removed

Directions:

In small saucepan, over medium heat. cook and stir steak sauce, jelly, wine, garlic and cornstarch until thickened; cool.

Grill hens, beginning with skin side up, over medium heat grill  35 to 45 minutes or until done, turning and brushing occasionally with prepared glazed. Serve hot.
