BEEF SALAD FAJITA

Ingredients:

¾ lb top sirloin steak
1 oz Taco spices and seasonings
1/3 cup water
¼ tsp hot pepper sauce
1 quart salad greens , torn into bite-size pieces
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 onion, thinly sliced
½ cup shredded red cabbage
1 can garbanzo beans, drained
1 tomato, cut into wedges
Tortilla chips

Directions:

Pierce steak several times on each side; place in large resealbale plastic food storage bag, in a small bowl, combine taco spices & seasoning, water and hot pepper sauce ; blend well. Por marinade over steak, seal bag  and refrigerate for 30 minutes or overnight. Grill or broil steak 10 to 15 minutes, or until desired doneness, turning  once and basting  often with marinade. Do not baste during last 5 minutes f cooking. Slice into thin strips. In large bowl, toss together salad greens, green pepperm onion, cabbage and garbanso beans. Place on individual plates or serving platter. Top with beef strips, tomato wedges and tortilla chips. Serve with Spicy tomato vinaigrette.


SPICY TOMATO VINAIGRETTE

1 cup prepared chunky salsa
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white wine vinegar
2 tbsp slice green onion, including tops
1/3 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1/2 tsp seasoned pepper


Directions:

In container with stopper or lid, combine all ingredients. Seal top and shake vigorously to blend well. Chill.
