BALSAMIC VEGGIES

Ingredients:

2 medium  turnips, peeled and cut into strips
½ medium onions sliced
1 medium yellow summer squash, halved lengthwise and sliced ( or you can use zucchini )
1 cup broccoli florets
1/3 cup olive oil
2 clove garlic, crushed
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt
Fresh ground black pepper

Directions:

You will need a big piece of heavy-duty foil. When you've got your vegetables cut up, heap them in the center of a piece of foil, jumbling together. Mix the oil, garlic , balsamic vinegar together. Making sure that the edges of the foil are turned up a bit, drizzle this mixture over the vegetables. Salt and pepper the whole thing.  Then bring the opposite sides of the foil together and roll down to make strong seam. Roll up the ends. Throw the whole thing on a medium grill for 12 minutes per side, then serve.
