CAJUN RUB

Ingredients:

2 tbsp celery salt
2 tbsp fresh ground black pepper
2 tbsp splenda
1 ½ tsp garlic powder
2 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp ground sage
2 tsp cayenne
¼ tsp blackstrap molasses

Directions:

This rub needs  to be made in a blender, to distribute that sticky molasses through-out the mixture. Put everything but the molasses in your blender. Turn the blender on, and while its running, drizzle in the ¼ teaspoon molasses. Turn off the blender, and sprinkle your rub heavily on pork ribs before barbecuing.
