JAMAICAN RUB

Ingredients:

½ cup coarsely chopped onion
2 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves garlic, quartered
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1/3 tsp Kosher salt
¼ tsp ground allspice
¼ tsp curry powder
1/3 tsp fresh ground black pepper
1/8 tsp dried thyme, crushed
1/8 tsp ground ginger

Directions:

1. In a food processor or blender combine onion, lime juice, garlic,crushed red pepper, salt, allspice, curry powder, black pepper, thyme, and ginger. Cover and process until smooth.

2. To use, rub mixture evenly onto meat or poultry. Cover and chill for 30 mintures. Grill according to charts.
