Ingredients: ½ cup coarsely chopped onion Directions: 1. In a food processor or blender combine onion, lime juice, garlic,crushed red pepper, salt, allspice, curry powder, black pepper, thyme, and ginger. Cover and process until smooth. 2. To use, rub mixture evenly onto meat or poultry. Cover and chill for 30 mintures. Grill according to charts.
